fa علل اقتصادی ـ سیاسی شکل‌گیری شهر سلطانیه در تاریخ شهرنشینی ایران Eco-Political Causes for the Formation of the City of Soltanieh in the History of Iranian Urbanism تاریخ History پژوهشي Research سلطانیه، از مسیرهای ارتباطی مهم و درعین‌حال از کانونهای بااهمیت سیاسی و تمدنی ایران، شاهد تحولات تاریخی بسیاری بوده است. از دورههای مهم در این تحولات، دوران حمله‌ی مغول به ایران و عصر حکومت ایلخانان بود. از پیامدهای مهم هجوم و سلطه‌ی مغولان در این بخش از ایران، تغییرات گسترده‌ی ساختار شهر و شهرنشینی بود که سلطانیه را به یکی از کانون‌های مهم سیاسی ـ فرهنگی تمدنی در ایران این دوره تبدیل کرد. سلاطین مغول پس از استقرار در ایران و پایتخت قرار دادن تبریز کمکم برای شکار، گذرانیدن ایام تابستان و همچنین هنگام عبور از عراق به آذربایجان یا برعکس به سلطانیه روانه می‌شدند و با برافراشتن چادر، ایام استراحت تابستانی را در آنجا سپری می‌کردند. به همین جهت این محل قنقو اولانک یا ایقرئولن (چمنزار یا شکارگاه شاهین) نامیده میشد. ارغون در این مکان شهر سلطانیه را اساس افکند، ادامه‌ی ساخت‌وساز توسط سلطان محمد خدابنده به پدید آمدن شهر سلطانیه و پویایی سیاسی ـ تجاری آن منجر شد. با در نظر داشتن نقش حیاتی شهر در انسجام و انتظام زندگی جمعی این مسأله مطرح می‌شود که کارکرد شهر سلطانیه در ساختار سیاسی و اقتصادی حکومت ایلخانان تا چه اندازه معلول و متأثر از موقعیت جغرافیایی آن بوده است؟ شناخت و تحلیل ارتباط متقابل جایگاه جغرافیایی و اقلیمی سلطانیه با اهداف سیاسی و اقتصادی ایلخانان و نقش این مؤلفهها تا چه اندازه در احداث این شهر مؤثر بوده است؟ این مقاله بر آن است تا با رویکرد توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و از طریق تحلیل آگاهیهای در دست، تا حد امکان به علل اقتصادی ـ سیاسی پدید آمدن شهر سلطانیه وضوح بیشتری ببخشد. Soltanieh, one of the important communication paths and at the same time one of the centers of political and civilization of Iran has seen many historical developments. One of these major developments was the Mongol invasion of Iran and the Ilkhanid era. One of the important consequences of the invasion and domination of the Mongols in this part of Iran was the widespread change in the structure of the city and urbanization which turned Soltanieh into one of the major political-cultural centers in Iran. The Mongol sultans, after settling in Iran and choosing the Tabriz as their capital, occasionally passed from Soltaniyah during hunts, summer tripes, and while passing through Iraq to Azerbaijan or vice versa, and spend their summer breaks there, in tents. Hence the name Qonqor Ulang or Iqer Olen (Meadow or hawk hunting ground). Arghun founded the city of Soltanieh in this place, the continuation of the building by Sultan Mohammad Khodabandeh led to the emergence of Soltanieh and its commercial political dynamics. Considering the vital role of the city in the coherence and order of the social life, it is argued that how much of the functioning of the city of Soltanieh in the political and economic structure of the Ilkhan government has been affected by its geographical location? How much construction of this city was affected by the recognition and analysis of the interrelationship between Soltanieh's geographical and climatic location and the political and economic objectives of the Ilkhanah and the role of these components?
